Mick has enjoyed a successful career as a Top Producing Financial Services professional with several multi-billion dollar Privately-held and Publicly Traded Investment Management firms. A passionate and competitive work ethic resulted in Mick becoming the youngest and first minority Regional Vice President for a best in class, Atlanta based Private Real Estate Investment Firm at the age of 30.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Mick McClendon served as Senior Regional Vice President of Sales for Wells Real Estate Funds and later Colony-NorthStar (now Colony Capital-CLNY-NYSE).  A proven professional, Mick dedicated his career to creating long term, values-based business relationships, while developing new products, expanding sales channels and exceeding quotas on a regular basis.

Most recently, Mick held the position of Director of Sports & Entertainment for a Florida based Registered Investment Advisory Firm; compelled by the belief that more could be done to protect the financial legacies of professional athletes and entertainers. A former collegiate athlete himself, Mick’s passions are to enhance both the financial and self awareness of his athlete clients; transforming their relationships with money and investing as well as transforming relationships with themselves as individual personal brands.
